The National Association of Women Judges created the Color of Justice program for the purpose of encouraging minority youth “to consider the law and judgeships as career goals.” The Loudoun program on July 25, 2019 was a half-day program run in conjunction with a local camp program, and featured speakers from the legal community, a networking lunch, moot court, and a courthouse tour.
